Hi everybody, I really need your help.
About a month ago I was doing excersice, I was going to the gym and I was eating healthy and all that stuff. I have a boyfriend and I love him very much. When a was doing all those things he treated me really well, he was nice to me and he was romantic but now that I'm not doing excersice, I'm gaining weight and I look fat, now my boyfriend isn't nice to me and I think he doesn't love me anymore and I'm sure that is because of that. I want him to love me again :( What should I do? please help me

My problem is that I hate that my arms are too fat and I can't use a strappless shirt. I feel horrible because other girls have thin arms and use these type of shirts but I can't and I don't know what to do.

Hi, every one:

Since I start ha school again, I stop my fitness routine so instead of being an sporty person, I´m a couch potato. Besides all that I never have time to cook so all the time I have to buy food, and have to be fast because I don`t have much time to eat.
All this has affected my pocket, my image and more than that I'm starting to gain weight!!!!
What can I do??? I'm a total mess.
Any advice...please!!!!
